About Kristi
I am a lifelong Texan and live in Allen with my husband, two daughters, foster son, dog, and cat. I moved to the Dallas area in 1994 after graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University. I received my real estate license in 2007 after buying and renovating homes in Collin County for several years. I have a vast knowledge of the North Texas real estate market as well as past and anticipated market trends.
As a former event and wedding planner, I am a natural problem solver. I have excellent negotiation and communication skills to ensure a stress-free real estate transaction. Your needs and concerns are my main priority and I strive to exceed my client's expectations. I specialize in Collin and Dallas counties and the majority of my business is referrals from past clients who are happy with the service that I provide.
