About Kathy
Throughout her successful 30-year career as a million-dollar producer in luxury plumbing and hardware sales, Kathy Richardson always had a passion for real estate. She knew it would be the perfect next step and when the opportunity presented itself, she joined Ebby Halliday Realtors. Today, she combines her market expertise and previous sales experience and has seamlessly transitioned into making clients’ homeownership dreams a reality.

For over 20 years, Kathy has called Old Lake Highlands home. She is not only familiar with the most appealing aspects of this area but understands its true value.
