Greetings! I'm Isaiah Moton-Poole, a dedicated real estate professional with a passion for guiding individuals through the process of buying, selling their homes, and obtaining their investment aspirations. Originally from Atlanta, GA, and with years of experience in New York/New Jersey, I've crafted my approach through a diverse array of experiences with diverse cultures. I relocated to Dallas, TX in 2016. I share my life with partner PJ and our Australian Shepherd, Kingston, adding joy to each day.
With degrees in Information Systems and Business Administration, I bring a blend of analytical and strategic skills to my real estate business. I embarked on my real estate journey a decade ago, in 2013, and now thrive at Ebby Halliday and the Premier Properties team and look forward to contributing to its growth. I enjoy making long-term connections with clients, aiding them with one of the most pivotal investments of ones life.
Specializing in first-time home buyers, I empathize with the intricate process and pitfalls. Praised for my listening skills, I understand and fulfill the unique needs of my clients with personalized service. Beyond real estate, I'm an entrepreneur and investor, captivated by creative financing's inclusivity and its ability to democratize investing. Alongside my partner, we have a nonprofit consulting firm where we advise and assist in enhancing the capacity and effectiveness of nonprofit organizations, with a specific focus on startup organizations and those serving minority populations.
One of my standout qualities as an agent is my remarkable versatility. I seamlessly adapt to various facets of real estate and embrace the diversity of neighborhoods I work within. I try to approach life positively, Wayne Dyer once said "Our intention creates our reality.” When I'm not immersed in the world of real estate, I cherish spending time with loved ones, traveling, and furthering my real estate knowledge by immersing myself in the world of real estate.
