For over 30 years, I led teams at major companies, guiding complex technology projects to success. I learned that real results come from clearly defining the goals, then building a plan that brings together the right people, processes, and tools. I built a reputation as a leader who delivered exceptional outcomes while taking great care of my clients — and that same mindset drives me today in real estate.

 

Now, I help people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions: buying or selling a home. It’s not just a transaction — it’s a turning point. I’m especially passionate about working with first-time buyers. In today’s market, homeownership can feel out of reach, especially for younger generations.
